New CEO at HTS maskinteknikk

Anders Norup Dahlgren

HTS maskinteknikk (HTS) has announced that Anders N. Dahlgren, former Director of Operations at HTS will serve as the organization’s new CEO from January 1, 2020. Anders succeeds Nina C. Solberg who takes the role as new Chairman of the Board and CFO from January 1st.

With a master’s degree in Business and Economics and with extensive experience from both previous management positions and management consulting, Dahlgren has a strong profile that will fit the new position very well. Combining this with a positive market outlook and growing sales, the Board’s new Chairman believes the company has the best of possibilities going into 2020;

Anders (38) comes from the role as Director of Operations at HTS maskinteknikk and has held several previous positions within the company, including Business Develop Manager and Operations Manager. Dahlgren joined the company in 2013 and has served as both member of the Board and member of the Executive Management Team.

In addition to Dahlgren and Solberg, Lars Harvik, former Commercial Director also joins the Executive Management Team going forward as new Chief Commercial Officer. Harvik, also a member of the previous management team and Board member at HTS, has extensive experience from the industry and will continue to be responsible for the Projects and Sales division at HTS.

Espen Henriksen-Polanscak will join the Executive Management Team as new CTO. Henriksen-Polanscak comes from the role as Technology Project Manager at HTS, with a solid technology background from GKN Aerospace. His new responsibilities include managing the Technology division at HTS including IT, asset management, R&D and running the company’s Industry 4.0 program – HTS 4.0.

Also joining the Executive Management Team is Ole Arne Kristiansen as new Chief Manufacturing Officer, responsible for running the Manufacturing division. Kristiansen has a solid background from the company where he has been employed since 1991. With a strong track record, he has held several positions within the company, including both Head of the Turning Department and Manufacturing Manager.

Anne Heidegård also joins the Executive Management Team as new Chief Compliance Officer where she will be responsible for the organization’s HSEQ division. Heidegård comes from the position as HSEQ manager within the company, and has a solid experience from the quality, HSE and compliance field.
