CEO statement on sustainability

A year has passed since we published our first sustainability report at HTS Dynamics. Even though we acknowledge that change happens over time, we are happy to see that we reached our emissions target for 2022. This implies that we are on track for our Net Zero plan in 2040, even though we as a company, and the industry, have long way to go. 

At HTS Dynamics we are committed to sustainable development and the reduction of our environmental and social impact. Our company recognizes the urgency of addressing the pressing issues of climate change and reducing greenhouse gas emissions. As a manufacturing company in the energy supply chain, we have a particular responsibility for addressing these issues.

We understand that the long-term success of our business is linked to the health and well-being of the planet. That's why we are committed to taking actions that contribute to a more sustainable future. We have set ambitious goals to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and to increase our order intake from renewable- and low-carbon sources in the period up to 2030. To achieve this goal, a new fully automated, carbon efficient smart factory is under construction at HTS Dynamics which will increase production capacity by 100%, thereby enabling a growth in renewable- and low-carbon projects. In addition, HTS Dynamics will take a leading role in offering carbon efficient manufacturing services to renewable energy projects and increase our focus on building green industrial partnerships going forward.

At HTS Dynamics, we are committed to transparency and accountability. We believe the Act relating to enterprises' transparency and work on fundamental human rights and decent working conditions (Transparency Act) is a crucial step on the path to increased transparency and accountability. By complying with the act and report on social risk factors, we can hold ourselves accountable and demonstrate our commitment to a sustainable future.
