Industry 4.0 Machining and Inspection

For 40 years we have delivered built to print, critical machining services to the industry’s most demanding customers. This has given us a deep insight in customer demands, needs and expectations, and over the years we have grown accustomed to regularly exceed those expectations.

Today, we deliver the world’s most innovative turning, milling and inspection services from our cloud connected smart factory in Drammen, Norway. We have specialized in high volume precision machining in smaller dimensions and advanced materials, such as Inconel 625, Super Duplex, Nitronic 50 and 316. Due to our unique track record, we are comfortable in saying that we truly are the tip of the spear of machining companies.

Critical Welding

At HTS Dynamics we handle the delicate welds between different materials leaving our customers across the globe to easily fit turn-key parts into their systems. An important bank of welding qualifications (butt-weld) within small-bore sizes, in and between typical subsea materials, such as Inconel 625, Super Duplex, Nitronic 50 and 316, secures a leading position. Up to 30 000 welds per year have passed through our unique welding robots. We take great pride in the assistance we have provided to the deep-water oil & gas industry.

Pressure Testing & Assembly

By having pressure testing, flushing and assembly as an integrated part of our service offer, we secure efficient and complete deliveries of flawless turn-key products to our global customer base with premium on-time delivery and HSEQ results.
